What are the delivery times?
Orders placed before 3pm are shipped the same day. With MTStore Prime, delivery is guaranteed as soon as the next day in metropolitan France. Without Prime, allow 2 to 4 business days.
How do I track my order?
As soon as it ships, you receive an email with a tracking link. You can also find your parcel status in real time in the "Returns & Orders" section of your account.
What is the return policy?
You have 14 days after receipt to return an unused item in its original packaging. The refund is issued within 3 to 5 business days after receipt of the return.
My product is defective, what should I do?
Contact us via the form by selecting "Defective product" and attach a photo. We arrange an exchange or a refund free of charge within 48 hours.
